Services offered: Aquatic
programs, child care, life adventures and physical
programs. Examples of programming services:
before-and-after school child care, day camps, holiday fun
clubs, arthritis water walking programs, CPR and first aid,
life guard training and certification. Progressive swim
instructions. Adventure trips. Challenge based
therapy/education programs, Team Builders and custom
designed programs. Physical programs offer sports camps and
leagues for youth and adults, golf tennis, racquetball,
aerobics, fitness classes and nautilus fitness equipment.
Persons served: Individuals of
all ages and abilities.

Information: The YWCA of St. Clair County seeks to
provide social, emotional, and educational support programs
and services for women and children in the St. Clair County
community and is committed to the empowerment of women.
Services offered: Sleep-Over Program, summer day
camp, legal counsel, supplemental education, after-school
program, abstinence education for local schools in St. Clair
County and E. St. Louis, teen pregnancy prevention program
“Baby Think It Over”.
Persons served: Residents of St. Clair County.
Fees: Varies from no fee to sliding scale.
