Services offered:
Nursing care, physician
services, spiritual care services, home health aide and
homemaker services, nutritional consultation, medical
supplies and equipment, trained volunteers for practical
support services, physical-speech-occupational therapies,
short term facility care to provide respite for the family
or caregiver, drugs used for pain relief and symptom
management, on call 24-hour availability of hospice team,
continuing family support. “Mending Hearts” a bereavement
care and comfort support group is available.

St. Clair, Madison, Monroe,
Bond, Clinton, and Washington counties in Illinois and St.
Louis City and County in Missouri.

Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Health Partners

Housing Department – prevention of eviction and/or
foreclosure; first and last month’s rent and one month
mortgage when funding is available.
Basic Placement
Department – referral
job service.
Community Organization
Department – emergency
service includes food, clothing, and financial assistance
for utilities when available by appointment only.
Individual Development Account (IDA) Program – matched
savings fund program in which Urban League matches dollar
for dollar; use for education, small business, purchase of
home or vehicle.
Persons served:
Anyone who resides in St. Clair County, Illinois.
Fees: None.
