Private non-profit agency licensed to provide substance
abuse assessments, treatment referrals and case management
services.
Services offered:
Assessment, referral and case management for substance
abusing juveniles under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile
Justice systems. Life Skills and Anger Management Program.
Adult Criminal Justice Program: Assessment, referral
and case management for substance abusing adults involved in
the criminal justice system. DUI Program: Assessment and
referral for persons charged with DUI as well as those
involved as result of the zero tolerance law. Also provides
evaluation updates for persons seeking reinstatement of
driving privileges. Other: Substance abuse assessments for
the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and
urine monitoring for the Illinois Department of Professional
Regulation (IDPR).
Persons served:
Juvenile Justice Program serves children ages 13 to 17;
Adult Program serves those 17 and older. DUI and DCFS
programs serve persons involved in those jurisdictions.
Fees:
Adult and Juvenile programs are free. DUI Evaluations and
updates $135.00. Domestic violence $40.00; DCFS program
$200.00.

Information:
TASC – Youth Enrichment Services
offers an anger management/conflict resolution group for
adolescents on Tuesday from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. and a Life
Skills Group on Wednesdays from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Services offered:
Screening, assessment and referral for adolescents to
determine acceptability/appropriateness of group
participation, recommendations, and referrals to mental
health, substance abuse, and other social service providers
if needed.
Persons served:
Adolescents residing in the 20th Judicial
Circuit: St. Clair, Monroe, Randolph, Perry and Washington
counties.
Fees:
None.
