Services offered: Closed-circuit broadcasting for
blind and print disabled individuals in St. Louis
metropolitan area. Daily broadcast of newspaper, food and
shopping ads, books and magazines and instructional
independent living skills. Interviews with professionals in
field of rehabilitation. Information and referral base.
Persons served: Visually and print disabled
individuals.
Fees: Service free of charge to qualified recipients.

maintain and keep good mental health.
Services offered: Training in developing
self-leadership and in handling trivialities of everyday
life without getting emotionally worked up with nervous
symptoms.
Persons served: Nervous or former mental patients.
Fees: None – free will offering accepted.

with doctor’s referral.
Fees: Covered by Medicare and insurance.
