Appointment information: Telephone referrals and
inquiries accepted.
Information: Serves Catholic parishes who are
encouraged to affiliate through affiliation dues.
Services offered: Provides programs for youth to
develop themselves physically, socially, culturally,
spiritually, and offer service within the community. Sports
programs for grade school, high school and adults.
Leadership training opportunities for adults at the local
parish level to build a youth ministry program within their
parish community. Additional leadership training
opportunities for both youth and adults on a variety of
topics.
Persons served: Primarily teenagers and their adult
leaders through the Catholic parishes of the Belleville
Diocese.
Fees: Affiliation fee based on current parish census
figures.

Services offered: Part-time and fill-time services
provided for children ages 6 wks. – 13 yrs. Preschool
training and readiness skills, and activity program for
school-age children before and after school. Transportation
provided for additional fee for children in activity program
only. Two snacks and lunch are served. Public aid payments
are accepted.
Persons served: Open.
Fees: Vary according to services.

Our World Adult Day Services

Hours: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Friday
Appointment information: Call for information.
Services offered: Supervised day-care program for
frail elderly. Transportation to and from center. Nursing
services, nutritional program, recreation, social and
therapeutic activities. Caregiver’s Support Group meets
monthly for families of Alzheimer’s patients or
dementia-type disorders.
Persons served: 60 years old and over.
Fees: Funds available from IDOA and DORS.
