Services offered: InTouch is a statewide collaborative system for substance abuse prevention services in Illinois.  It uses a systematic approach of addressing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse prevention by providing leadership for a network of community-based service providers, educators, local task forces, and other community stakeholders to link efforts in the development of comprehensive prevention programs and services.  InTouch is administrated by the Illinois Department of Human Services Bureau of Substance Abuse.  InTouch, in cooperation with other state and privately funded agencies, disseminates information in the form of printed materials, videos, newsletters, workshops, and conferences.  InTouch also promotes local and statewide media campaigns, youth forums, anti-tobacco/alcohol advocacy, and other social policy issues as they relate to prevention.

Assessment, referral and case management for substance abusing juveniles under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Justice systems.  Life Skills and Anger Management Program.  Adult Criminal Justice Program: Assessment, referral and case management for substance abusing adults involved in the criminal justice system.  DUI Program:  Assessment and referral for persons charged with DUI as well as those involved as result of the zero tolerance law.  Also provides evaluation updates for persons seeking reinstatement of driving privileges.  Other: Substance abuse assessments for the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and urine monitoring for the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDPR).
