Services offered: System of care for children in foster care or relative placement is a multi-service and collaborative planning and delivery of services to stabilize placement of high need children under the guardianship of the State.  Family Support Services are proved to families fro problems of home and child management, child abuse, neglect and/or dependency, licensed and resource utilization.  Youth Seeking Opportunities to Succeed (YSOS) is a community diversion program that provides community based counseling and social services to youth 9-17 years of age who are high risk and/or involved with the juvenile justice system.  Our goal is to provide youth and families with opportunities to develop skills to be successful contributing members of society.  Functional Family Therapy is an evidence based “best practice” family focused model of intervention aimed to strengthen the family and prevent out of home placement.  Multisystemic Therapy also evidence based best practice model, is an intensive family and home based treatment that aims to change antisocial behaviors in multi problem youth and to reduce out of home placement of teenagers.

Services offered: Protective services for children who are neglected, abused, exploited or cruelly treated, including administration of the state Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act.  Day-care services for children through contacts with day-care facilities.  Homemakers to provide housekeeping, child care and other supportive services to families during times of illness, absence or incapacity of parents or caretaker so the family can remain together.  Substitute care (foster home or institution care) for children who cannot remain in their own or a relative’s home.  Adoption to provide children with a permanent home under new legal parentage.  Services to unmarried parent to assist in problems, help make decisions and plans concerning the infant and aid in planning for the mother’s future.  Licensing to study and license institutions, agencies, day-care centers and day-care homes as required under the state Child Care Act.
